Achilty Hotel

The main part of the Achilty Hotel, dating back to around 1700 was formerly a drovers' inn where farmers and drovers would stop off to enjoy the hospitality of the landlord. Three hundred years later the same conjovial atmosphere exists. At The Achilty Hotel has room for all, whether it be relaxing in the residents' lounge. Facilities for guests include the lively bustle of the Grape & Grain Restaurant and Bar and the relaxed, but intimate Music Room Restaurant. The hotel stocks a very good range of famous malt whiskies. The Achilty Hotel is the ideal venue for a small wedding. The hotel can accommodate up to 45 people for the ceremony and 60 people in the dining room. For conferences, again 45 people can be comfortably accommodated with theatre suite or with up to 20 individual boardrooms. A great base for touring the Highlands, taking in the beautiful scenery, wildlife and absorbing the historical points of interest in the area. Or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in the Wyvis lounge.
