Guests should check in and collect apartment keys at the Best Western Glasgow City Hotel, 27 Elmbank Street, Glasgow, G2 4PB, tel: 0141 227 2772 which is located just around the corner from the Apartments. Stag and Hen parties/groups are not permitted at the apartments. All guests booking an apartment must be aged 21 or over and may be asked for ID to prove this on check-in. Names and addresses of all occupants must be provided to the Apartments before any keys are handed over. All signed in guests must vacate the apartments by 12 midnight, any guests not registered may be asked to leave at any time.
